Abstract: Innovations in teaching ethics in technical training programs are crucial for preparing students to navigate ethical dilemmas in their professional lives. This study explores various innovative approaches to teaching ethics and their impact on vocational students' ethical decision-making. The objectives are: (1) to identify effective methods for teaching ethics in technical training, (2) to assess students' ethical awareness and decision-making skills, and (3) to propose best practices for integrating ethics into technical curricula. A survey research design is utilized to collect data from students and educators. The sample size includes 250 participants selected through purposive sampling. The case study focuses on technical institutions in Edo State, known for their comprehensive ethics education programs. Findings revealed that interactive methods such as case studies, simulations, and role-playing significantly enhanced students' ethical awareness and decision-making skills. However, challenges such as limited resources and varying levels of student engagement were noted. Recommendations included incorporating ethics into all technical courses, providing continuous professional development for educators, and promoting a culture of ethical behavior within institutions.
